ViTrox Americas, a provider of machine vision inspection solutions, is has annunced the appointment of Edward Pechin as Senior Technical Support Engineer in its expanded US region’s technical support team.
“Edward has over 18 years of professional experience in the SMT process industry with a background in integration/field service engineering and customer service,” the company said. “His technical expertise and in-depth product knowledge will benefit the team to accommodate our rapidly growing US customer base. Additionally, Edward is a licensed professional engineer proficient in Advanced 3D Solder Paste Inspection (SPI/API) systems, Advanced 3D Optical Inspection (AOI) systems, Advanced 3D X-Ray Inspection System (AXI) systems, Industry 4.0 Smart Solution V-ONE, and emerging technologies, programming and software in the market.”
Pechin has been with the company for almost a year. “Since I have been with ViTrox, it has been exciting to be able to support customers and provide solutions for their various inspection needs,“ he said.
