Universal Instruments has appointed Bob Lamanna to director of global services, reporting directly to Gene Heiser, VP of corporate sales. His main responsibilities will include increasing the market share, improving profitability and enhancing customer satisfaction. Lamanna’s 14 years of experience as sales professional provides a strong foundation. In response to expanding business, the company has introduced the position of industry segment account managers, in order to focus on segments within the industry. Bill Marca will assume the responsibility for the automotive business. During his eighteen years with Universal, and experience gained with Ford, Delphi and Motorola, Bill has gained extensive knowledge. Ken Stanton will assume the responsibility for the military/aerospace and medical industries. Ken has twelve years experience with sales, area operations support and marketing.
