The Electronics Interconnection Group at the British National Physical Laboratory has been further strengthened with the appointment of Angela Mensah. Her extensive background in corrosion will be invaluable to current and planned programs on studying the performance of conformal coatings. She has a BSc in chemistry from Birkbeck College, University of London, and worked for two years as a chemical process leader with Phillips Printed Circuits in Croydon, then joined the NPL Aqueous Corrosion Group in NPL as a research scientist.
