Since the foundation of the Headquarter for North Asia in Shanghai/China in 2005, Zestron, world leading supplier of cleaning agents and processes for SMT and Semicon backend industries, has rapidly developed its business in that region.
To assure the best technical support to the fast growing customer base, the company has further expanded its local engineering support team. Jerry Ji and Martin Wen and Jerry Ji have joined the company as technical support engineer. Both of them have more than 7 years process experiences covering SMT & Semiconductor industry. In the future, Mr. Ji located in the North Asia Support Center in Shanghai and Mr. Wen working from the Shenzhen office will further strengthen the local distributor networks and provide technical support to local customers.
By establishing the 2nd Asia Technical Support Center in Malaysia in 2009, the company has successfully developed its business in the South Asia region. They strengthened their local technical support team. Mr. Subre will support customers for their cleaning process in the areas of development, implementation, monitoring and optimization working from the Technical Support Center in Kulim. Additionally o assure the best customer support to the fast growing customer base, the company has further expanded its local organization. Mr. BH Tan joined the team as sales manager and will be located in Kulim, Malaysia. He will support the South Asian distributor network and key account management. Mr. Tan has more than 6 years experience within the electronic industry. He worked for several leading companies as sales account manager before joining Zestron.
