US based SMT technology expert, Apex Factory Automation, has been confirmed as the exclusive distributor of Mirae pick and place machines in the US, Canada and Mexico. Driven by the company’s two decades of successfully servicing and supporting customers in a variety of industries, the company’s new business development adds state-of-the-art pick and place technology to its current line up of established screen printer, reflow oven and board handling technologies.
With a worldwide installed base of over 2400 machines, Mirae placement systems have been an established presence in North America for many years. That presence is poised to grow rapidly as the Apex FA service and support commitment is increasingly recognized by progressive EMS companies and OEM in-sourcers. The equipment offering now includes the comprehensive line of Mirae pick and place machines with models ranging from a single gantry 8000 CPH, through to a dual gantry, dual conveyor, 42000 CPH model. Also catering to particular end use requirements such as LED and large board processes, Apex Factory Automation future proofs their customers with scalable equipment utilizing common feeders to protect investments into the future.
