The Essemtec SP200-AV is an easy-to-operate semiautomatic stencil printer which controls all parameters. The only manual task is to place the PCB into the machine. All other operations – including the positioning of the PCB – are fully automatic. The equipment provides precise and reproducible printing results. It is designed for serial production but can also be used for small batches due to the simple changeover. The fast 2-point vision system allows an exact alignment of PCBs. To assure the accurate positioning, two cameras look straight through the stencil onto the PCB. The cleanliness of the stencil and the alignment are checked simultaneously; misalignment is corrected automatically. The Windows-based control software is easy to learn and operate. All printing parameters are programmable, storage capacity for programs is unlimited. The side drawer of the printer provides simple loading and unloading of the PCBs. The rigid machine promises long-term reliability and accuracy. Frames of up to 584x584mm will be accepted, the maximum printing area is 400x 360mm.
