The PreFeeder 3500 from Schleuniger is a powerful and user-friendly cable feeding system. As a result of its special clamping and power system, no shaft – axes and additional carriers are needed. For high dynamics, the integrated cable accumulator is optimally adjusted with the dereeling drive. Surveillance functions provide greater security during setup and operation. The operating elements are clearly arranged, logical in their use and easily accessible. The feeding dynamic allows a high operational capacity and helps to increase the economic efficiency of the processing line. The simple operation concept with motorized axes allows spool handling by one person. The small dimensioned housing can take spools with a width of 400 to 920 mm diameter and 315 to 712 mm. The cable accumulator is integrated as a set up onto the dereeler housing. It functions according to the pendulum arm principle (storage volume from 3 m to optional 6 m). The active dereeler is loaded from the front side to save space. Thanks to the spool lift even 300 kg spools can be aligned with minimal effort. The ergonomically arranged rolls of the cable accumulator allow a quick cable loading. The spools are electrically lifted by pushing a button. High acceleration of the processing machine is intercepted by the optimally tuned cable accumulator.
