Intelligent storage management

Storagesolutions, a division of Essegi System Service s.r.l., is pleased to announce that its Intelligent Storage Management system will be showcased by Juki at Nepcon South China, scheduled to take place Aug. 25–27, 2015 at the Shenzhen Convention Exhibition Center in China.

Storagesolutions systems are part of Juki’s offering, covering a range of machines and software products ready for next-generation facilities that follow the “Industry 4.0” paradigm of connected systems: the software can remotely control the storage machines, enabling them to interact via field-tested interfaces with both MESs, ERPs and PP machines. The result is an integrated tracking system that goes from the single component up to the highest level logics of corporate inventory and purchasing planning. The systems of the company also offer increased efficiency, reliability and security of materials management operations, as demonstrated by the ISM2000 Intelligent Storage Management machine. Designed for the optimal management of larger dimension reels, it offers the flexibility to support a combination of 7“ reels from 8 mm to 16 mm in height, 13“/15“ reels up to 72 mm in height as well as JEDEC trays. The system uses a patented multiple outlet system that allows for the simultaneous extraction and insertion of up to 27 reels at a time. The outlet system also supports the extraction of a single reel in quick fashion.
