Fuji’s easy head exchange system means spare heads can be used to quickly restart production. Meanwhile, the removed head can be cleaned offline. This allows you to maintain a high operation rate for your lines while always keeping them in their best shape. The Auto Head Cleaner has an inspection function that allows it to automatically determine the cleaning results by measuring the air flow and pressure in heads and checking the timing of the different head axes. The unit also informs operators when it is time to replace the filter in the unit based on its usage and when it is time to replenish the oil supply used for cleaning. This means that the unit always maintains itself in optimum condition.
