Inoplacer Basic from Heeb Inotec is an all-purpose pick&place machine of the very latest generation. It is ideally suited for SMD assembly of laboratory samples, prototype boards and small lots, is recommended for users as entry level to the Inoplacer class of machines and stands for an attractive price. As with all Inoplacer machines, the new one is based on a solidly built precision machine construction using only high-quality components. The gantry-type X- and Y-rails are guided on both sides and driven by high-quality toothed belts with reinforcing steel inserts. Component centring is based on two moved bottom cameras and a stationary vision camera. The camera views are processed via the company’s own Inovision vision system. The innovative operating software Inosoft features an easy to learn intuitive graphical user interface. The additional software modules Inorüst for barcode assisted feeder setup, Inoprod for production scheduling, and Inotrace for traceability, complement the basic operating software Inosoft.
Pick&place programmes can be build via CAD import. Alternatively, a straightforward easy teach-in method is at hand. The carefully thought-out flexible feeder concept (single feeders, feeder cassettes with CAN bus, linear feeders, tray handlers and presentation plates for short tape segments) allow for more than 150 feeding lanes: 106 of 8 mm tape lanes via two feeder banks and tape segment presentation plates. The feeder management AFM is based on material article numbers including feeder set-up and lot number management Inorüst. A time/pressure controlled dispensing system with motorized Z-axis can apply SMD adhesive and/or solder paste. In a word: a precise and highly flexible, easy-to-use and cost-effective pick&place machine.
