At the productronica trade show 2015, the German company ULT AG will present extraction and filtration solutions for the protection of employees, machinery, and products from airborne pollutants in electronics manufacturing.
The main emphasis of the company‘s show appearance is the introduction of a new extraction device named the Jumbo Elephantand to present the transformationof the worldwide, well-proven extraction and filtration system, the LRA 1200.
The Jumbo Elephant is a low-noise, mobile device for manual workplaces, combining ionisation, compressed air cleaning and suction. It is designed to help users to neutralize surface charges, remove pollutants from wells or indentations, and release charge related particles from components. The extraction and filtration system LRA 1200 has undergone improvement. Its visual appearance was “facelifted” into the new device generation design. The LRA 1200 is a solution for safe and efficient removal of airborne substances occurring in soldering operations during electronics manufacturing processes.
