The CL430 Systronic completes his series of single-chamber-cleaning-systems and responds to the ever-recurring customer demand for a multi-functional-system. The system is based on the approved stencil cleaning system CL420. Its 3 tanks, with complete separate circuits, allow the user to operate the system with various cleaning agents, or different cleaning processes at the same time within the system. For the first time now, there is the possibility to clean stencils of both paste and adhesive and for example, to get rid of burnt flux residue on solder frames and devices. The system by the completely separate circuits can, for example, alkaline clean solder frames and devices, or unilaterally fitted misprints and then rinse with deionized water. In addition, stencils and misprints can be cleaned with a pH-neutral medium, which makes a rinsing unnecessary. In conventional systems, this completely different cleaning tasks, due to the different requirements for filtration and purification, media are not, or only a very limited extent practicable.
These options extremely minimize the costs of your cleaning application, since the use of appropriate cleaning chemistry quickly lowers your cost. For example, the 10 times more expensive stencil cleaner can be combined with the cheaper maintenance cleaners in this system. With its highly efficient hot-air drying the cleaned parts in the CL430 are immediately ready for use again.
