Kyzen, a leader in environmentally friendly cleaning chemistries, will participate in the upcoming 2024 IPC Apex Expo, taking place 9–11 April 2024 at the Anaheim Convention Center in California. As an exhibitor in Booth 4237, the company will focus on its products, AQUANOX A4618 and the new Kyzen ANALYST2.
Sonic velocity testing
The ANALYST2 demonstrates the company’s commitment to excellence in on-device data analysis. The advanced system incorporates customer feedback for enhanced performance and utilizes sonic velocity technology for real-time concentration measurement. Unlike other sonic velocity instruments, it provides more precise measurements by directly measuring concentration, offering fast and stable readings independent of the liquid‘s conductivity, color, or transparency. With a 0.1% resolution, the system is compatible with over 60 cleaning solutions, extending its utility beyond the company’s own chemistries.
Cleaning lead-free flux residues
The system seamlessly integrates into electronics cleaning processes, enabling the effective monitoring and control of AQUANOX A4618. This aqueous cleaning chemistry is specifically designed to tackle the challenges of cleaning contemporary lead-free flux residues, including no-clean residues, while delivering impeccable, mirrored solder finishes. A4618 offers an extended tank life, outstanding materials compatibility, and high efficacy at lower concentrations and temperatures, making it a game-changer in electronics cleaning processes.
