Altogether 25 partners in sales, marketing and distribution from more than 17 countries were welcomed by Elke and Bernhard Martin, both Managing Directors of Martin GmbH, to this year’s partner meeting at their company. The specialist firm for rework and dispensing technologies had issued invitations for an information and training week at their company training centre according to their international partner concept. A boat excursion on a near by lake (Ammersee, Germany) with a glorious sunset provided a fitting finale for the successful event and was enjoyed by partners and Martin employees alike. The international partner meeting is geared to all existing distributors and sales organisations that have been instrumental in the worldwide growth of the company. Due to continuing miniaturisation demands on rework and dispensing technologies keep increasing. Martin supports its partners with the most modern equipment technology and offers specialist training in particular for quality sensitive handling of the newest component types. The MS Utting, a motor ship from the Ammersee fleet, had a full complement of passengers and crew as she set sail across the lake on the 9 th of October 2008. In charge for the evening, Elke und Bernhard Martin, who together with about 60 guests, celebrated the successful completion of the meeting with a cruise. The representatives and distributors form the whole of Europe, India, China and the USA were honoured with medals for divers achievements, such as Best Homepage to France and Highest Turnover to China/Taiwan.
