Six-nozzle simultaneous on-the-fly recognition allows high speed, high precision placement from 01005 up to 33.5 mm square components. No complex and maintenance intensive rotary head for the high speed pick and place. In order to keep a high machine uptime the company uses the 100 % maintenance free linear motor driven X/Y axis system with magnetic linear encoder system.
