The DynX rotary series from ETEL S. A. is a new family of precision rotary positioning axes. With a product range combining 3 different diameters, the rotary series is the ideal standard solution for all applications where high reliability, outstanding accuracy, low maintenance and easy integration are required. With a top speed of 300 rpm, a bidirectional repeatability of ± 2 arcsec, a position stability down to ± 0.2 arcsec and a position accuracy after calibration down to ± 5 arcsec, the rotary series serves a large number of industry sectors like semiconductor, electronics, printing and many others.
Reportedly, the rotary series is a perfect adder to the already existing linear one. No interface plate is needed to interface linear and rotary axes resulting in compact design, highly stiff and accurate stack up solutions. The rotary stages are equipped with toothless motors technology providing smooth motion ideally suited for high speed stability applications. Large hollow shafts are available to accommodate customer cables and tubing.
