Under the motto ‘Future services & added values’, Ersa GmbH has announced it will present a wide variety of innovative systems for the sustainable production of electronic assemblies at the Productronica 2023 expo taking place from 14 to 17 November in Munich.
“There are many reasons to come to the Ersa stand in Munich – one way or another, we are looking forward enormously to all customers and interested parties visiting us at Productronica,” said Ersa General Sales Manager Rainer Krauss.
Systems on display will include: new models of the Versaflow One X-Series which incorporate an X-variable axis system and can be configured into a high-speed machine; the Powerflow wave soldering system with new features; the Ersa Versaprint 2 with integrated SPI, which is also used for heat dissipation for power semiconductors for solar inverters. In the area of reflow soldering, the company will exhibit its throughput oriented Hotflow Three oven with patented cleaning system and maintenance intervals of 12 and more weeks. The new Hotflow One entry-level model and the EXOS vacuum reflow soldering system will be presented to visitors via digital staging.
In the area of PCB repair, Ersa will present various models from the Hybrid Rework series, which provides suitable devices and systems for all applications. One example of these is the HR 600 XL rework system for the processing of very large assemblies. It is equipped with extended bottom-side heating and with the Auto Scavenger module for non-contact removal of residual solder.
In terms of soldering tools, the company will present the new i-CON MK2 soldering station series, which provides better performance in industrial hand soldering and relies on the new tip‘n‘turn soldering tip technology.
Visitors can also learn about the forward-looking Future Services from Kurtz Ersa Connect, which aim to elevate customer service processes and know-how transfer to new levels of efficiency through e-learning.
Ersa also offers machines for press-fit processes for high-performance electronics. In Munich, The Versafit 500 model, which is already being used successfully in several projects, will also be on show.
