Murray Percival Company, a supplier to the Midwest‘s electronics industry, offers and stands behind the TTnS TCM45A_XL automated conformal coating technology, which reduces used material by 40–60 percent when compared to conventional spraying or dipping processes.

TTnS patented bubble-free & energy saving conformal coating systems with total solution specialize in the application of conformal coatings for electronic components and circuitries on the printed circuit board assembly in virtually every industry.

The range of conformal coating materials that can run on the TCM45A comprises of acrylics, rubber, urethane, epoxy, silicone and water-based coatings. The systems also offer 5-axis precision robot, multiple coating patterns, VOC ventilation management, TTnS pulse action spray, film thickness control, and an increase of throughput with its unique curing process. The TCM45A also greatly reduces and in some cases even eliminates the need for masking.
