Multi-Seals introduced F05 Polyforms, a flexible pre-shaped adhesives for bonding diverse materials, including metals, plastics, ceramics, and glass. The material has negligible vertical flow, which keeps the adhesive contained in defined areas. Pre-shaped copolymer prevents drips and dispensing inconsistencies typical of liquid adhesives. The durability and flexibility of the material facilitates manual and automated handling and increases production rates. It can be pre-shaped in multiform configurations for a broad range of applications. The temperature and time required to process the material depend upon component materials, design, bond requirements, and operating environment. Adding pressure and increasing oven temperature and time improves adhesion.
