At this year’s productronica, Koh Young presents its strength not only in SMT but also in frontend and backend markets. With the KY-P3 API models, the company designed a solution for SPF (Single-Press-fit), C-PFT (Conventional Press-fit), and FOI (Final Optical Inspection) using its expertise with highly reliable 3D measurement innovations. It identifies defects like missing pins or pin offset, as well as co-planarity and position by accurately measuring the pin-to-pin pitch.
