Insituware LLC, the provider of the first smart in situ measurement solution with integrated machine learning technology, will exhibit at the 2020 IPC Apex Expo. The company will showcase the Vision Mark-1 and Vision product family.

The Vision Mark-1 hand-held diagnostic tool takes control of materials in a facility. The Vision product family uses machine learning technology to bring material control solutions in the palm of a hand.

The Vision product family is built to last with expandable modules called ‚Insights‘ for a futureproof design, continuously expanding functionality. The first Insight module will allow full monitoring and control of solder paste. This innovative diagnostic tool will enable rapid, real-time inspection, diagnostics, and process control capabilities. The technology also enables users to predict the cleanliness and potential corrosivity of residues and correlate them to an SIR test in accordance with the J-STD-004B standard. Additionally, the Vision product family can assist in determining the potential cause of any unknown or unwanted residue on an electronic assembly.
