Engineered for high strength and high reliability, the SJ7 Mini Solder Bars from Almit Technology build on the properties of the SJ7 solder alloy to deliver a convenient solution for manufacturers working in demanding environments. The mini solder bars are approximately 110 mm long, 8 mm wide and 5 mm high, making the product an ideal size for use in small dipping pots and solder fountains. Delivering an excellent soldering performance for ease-of-use, the solder bars yield reliable and repeatable results for high demand applications involving harsh environments, thermal cycling and high strain. Due to their small size they present manufacturers with greater flexibility and are particularly useful when working with applications that will be subject to pressurised environments. The solder bars are fully compatible with the SJ7 solder pastes and cored wires. Currently in use in today’s automotive, military and aerospace industries, they feature improved tensile and creep strength, time to rupture, wetting capabilities and yield.
