The just introduced print & apply model Aevo from AccuPlace allows precise label printing and placing of even very small labels. The labeler makes auto-identification easy: A 300 dpi thermal print head integrated in the machine prints unique barcodes or product information with zero queue. 600 dpi will be available shortly. With a placement accuracy of ± 0.002”/0.05 mm or better and an improved patented peeling and placing technology, this system provides ultimate accuracy and process reliability. The labeler works with all standard available label design programs and has a web based (TCB/IP) machine interface for highly advanced and intuitive machine parameter setup. Minimal mechanical adjustments allow for easy component changeover. In addition, no tools are required for routine maintenance.
