High productivity through double cutting system
The EcoCut 3200 from Schleuniger is an automatic cutting machine that can be configured according to individual needs. It stands for utmost precision with a user friendly, high quality technical design and is available with two types of cutting heads. The universal cable cutting head can cut cable, wire and tubing with an outer diameter of up to 10 mm. With the tube cutting head tubes up to 12.7 mm diameter can be processed with excellent quality results. Reportedly, the tube cutting principle results in perpendicular, burr free cuts.

The automatic cutting machine is electronically controlled. Interface options for dereeling, printing and other processes allows it to be expanded into a fully automatic processing system. The electrically driven rollers feed the material in increments of 0.1 mm (0.004“) to the universal cutting unit which is electrically driven. Operation is based on menu guided programming and is therefore easy and user friendly. The cutting heads can be changed in less than 1 minute. The quiet roller drive transports goods to be cut with continuous, repetitive accuracy to the programmed length. High transport speed and the double cutting mode (blades that cut in both directions) guarantee quick cycle time.
