The WF-1010 VOC-Free Water-Soluble Wave Solder Flux is effective for use with both Sn/Pb and Pb-Free assemblies. WF-1010’s wide process window offers excellent solderability on difficult to solder assemblies. It cleans to low ionic levels, is biodegradable, and is much safer to handle versus alcohol-based products. This formulation can be qualified in a Sn/Pb process and, after the transition to a Pb-Free wave soldering process, will continue delivering superior performance under the increased temperatures required.
WF-1010’s value is realized by those who require an environmentally safe, VOC-Free, water-soluble formulation. WF-1010 cleans exceptionally well and performs in both a leaded and a Pb-free process.
