The CIF FC220 reflow oven for lead-free applications is suitable for small to medium series and has a conveyor with transport width of 220 mm. With a reflow peak temperature of 350 °C and hot-air convection heating, the furnace can be applied in lead-free soldering processes.
The digital control allows the user to store at least ten different soldering programs with temperature and time of both preheat and reflow zone, as well as the conveyor speed. A RS-232 connection for a direct print of the profile and linking to temperature sensors is present.
Both at inlet and outlet there is an integrated fume extraction mechanism, and at the outlet zone there are cooling fans at the bottom. With optional software, the reflow oven can be monitored and controlled on a PC which gives more opportunity for detailed information on the soldering process.
