The PowerCut 3700 from Schleuniger is a cutting machine for round and flat material with larger dimensions (25 mm). The pneumatic cutter-head provides a clean, right-angled cut and may be used for a wide range of applications. Cable transport is fast, powerful and precise. High transport speeds and short cutting cycle times result in high productivity. Cable guide adjustments are fast and easy. Programming the automatic cutting machine is easy thanks to an intuitive menu structure with an integrated wire and cable library. Possible applications range from round and flat cables, large and small, to corrugated tubing. The machine features a strong pneumatic cutting head with short cutting cycle times, a rigid, belt-feed transport unit for high pulling forces and a flexible interface for active and passive peripheral devices including marking systems. It may be used as a stand-alone machine or in combination with various peripheral machines to create a fully automatic cable processing line.
