APX Series for More Power Handling in Same-Size Package

Designers who need more power handling in a package but don’t want to redesign their circuits have a solution in APX Series Aluminum Nitride (AlN). APX Series AlN chips give the designer the ability to upgrade the power handling capability without increasing footprint size. Due to its greater thermal conductivity properties, AlN allows designers to avoid costly re-designs by packing more power into a same-sized footprint. APX Series products are manufactured using robust thick film technology, and are suited to RF, microwave, power supplies, switches, relays, and similar demanding applications. They are available in 10 Ohm to 2 kOhm resistance values.
