The international trade show for the electronic industry celebrated its 40th anniversary. With over 1,000 exhibitors and more than 35,000 visitors from 80 countries, productronica 2015 was definitely a success. The show focused on a variety of innovations, including augmented reality, and robotics. This year was also the premiere of the productronica innovation award, where 70 submissions competed for 5 cluster categories: PCB & EMS, SMT, Semiconductors, Cables & Coils & Hybrids, and Future Markets.
