Dymax potting materials and sealant series 950 have been formulated for thin layer technology. They are well suited for potting capacitors, connectors, temperature probes, sensors, thermal switches and tamper proofing applications. These materials and sealants are single-component, light curing substance which eliminate the need for metered mixing, simplify dispensing, eliminate waste and offer unlimited pot life. They are flame resistant, UL94 V0 approved and depth of cure is enhanced through a secondary chemical cure mechanism. The wide range of product characteristics from the very flexible Ultra Light-Weld 954 to the rigid Ultra Light-Weld 957 offers the possibility to select a proper adhesive. The 2-part potting compound Trigger Cure 960 is recommended whenever a fast UV-cure with a secondary chemical cure mechanism is needed.
