The JTAG Technologies‘ Visualizer provides comprehensive schematics and board layouts through graphical presentation of boundary-scan data and results. It contains a search engine for finding, highlighting and identifying nets, components and other items in schematics and layouts. Browse, query and search operations, along with multi-color mark-up functions support intuitive navigation within multiple pages. The system is compatible with common CAD/EDA systems, and features a robust integration with JTAG’s existing boundary-scan desoign and test products. The user can rapidly cross-reference between representations of the target product, zooming-in on specific areas within even the most complicated, hierarchical designs. The markup function allows quick visual distinction among fault types and net/circuit classes such as test access port signals, boundary-scan nets, clusters, etc.
