Integrated Production and Test Engineering (IPTE) of Genk/Belgium has opened two sales offices in China. The company chooses for two locations in the heart of the electronics industry: Shenzhen (Hong-Kong region) and Shanghai. The facilities in Singapore (IPTE Asia and Autoveyor) and its European headquarters bring in support and technical backup. „The start of our offices is a major goal for us in 2002“, as CEO Huub Baren points out. „We tend to follow our clients wherever they are manufacturing and offer them our support and service on the spot. That’s why it is a logical decision for IPTE to build a market position in China.“
