IPTE, a supplier of automated production equipment for the electronics and mechanics industry, will exhibit at the upcoming electronica 2018 (November 13th to 16th) in Munich, Germany. The company‘s main focus at the exhibition will be “smarTEST Solution“. Due to that, efficient equipment will be shown: Fast test and board handling, 3D vision check to verify pins in a connector and a battery charger/discharger for e-automotive.
Furthermore, the company will also be present at the booth of elowerk. In this showcase, the company’s 19 inch Multifunctional Test Handler (MFT) will work in combination with a circuit tester Z1 from elowerk, a speed optimized solution for test handling and in circuit test.
At the company‘s booth, there will be two Easy Test Handlers (ETH) with bypass transport in combination with multi magazine loader/unloader MLL 3P and MLU 3P (one of each), which will show fast test and board handling. Thanks to the bypass transport of the ETH, conveying can be done while testing the boards. Due to this, the cycle time is optimized. In addition, this solution shows how versatile and fast the company‘s components can be used.
The 3D Vision check is used to check pins in connectors to see if all pins are straight, inline and have the right length.
Also, e-mobility is gaining importance, which increases the need to charge and discharge batteries. The company will show an innovative contacting unit for a specific test system.
