PVA, US-based supplier of automated dispensing and coating equipment, has announced that it has added an operations department to its team. The new division will bridge multiple departments and is tasked with ensuring that the company provides high quality products and services.

The company has hired former Customer Success Coordinator Jaime Erickson to lead the department in the role of Director of Operations.

“This promotion is well-deserved and recognizes Ms. Erickson’s contributions in successfully helping PVA customers meet their delivery requirements. Erickson will continue to maintain all current responsibilities,” PVA said in press release.

Erickson has more than 20 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing. She worked as a Program Manager on projects including the US Defense and heavy industrial manufacturing segments.

As part of Erickson’s move, the Applications Lab, led by Group Manager Matt Lilla, will move from the Sales Department to the Operations Department. This move allows Lilla and the applications team to work seamlessly with the runoff group, permitting greater resource flexibility in each individual area, the company added.
