KIC is pleased to announce the promotion of Carlos Espinoza to Operations Manager. He joined the company in September 2016 as a senior buyer/planner, and quickly climbed the ladder in the company to operations manager within 8 months.
Espinoza commented about his promotion: “A phrase that I live by and use a lot is to ‘think in the solution, not in the problem’. This is how I approach each opportunity here. I am always looking for new solutions and ways to improve efficiency.”
As an experienced production buyer planner and materials manager, he gained experience from respected companies, including Kyocera-Wireless (formerly Qualcomm) and Access Scientific, Inc. He has more than 20 years of planning, forecasting, purchasing, supply chain and inventory management experience to drive efficiencies and reduce costs.
