National Circuit Assembly, a provider of PCB, cable and electro/mechanical manufacturing and test services to leading OEMs, announced the appointment of Mr. Stephen Lehocky to the position of President.

“I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Stephen Lehocky to the President of NCA. Mr. Lehocky’s background in performance excellence and his leadership experience is just what NCA needs to take us to the next level of performance.”

Mr. Lehocky offers a wealth of experience in lean manufacturing, quality, and operations. He completed his MBA at CSU-Dominguez Hills and is currently working toward his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt.

With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Lehocky is a self-directed leader and problem solver with multi-site, multi-divisional business accountability. “I am excited to be part of the NCA family. We have an outstanding team and I look forward to leading them to a combined vision of world class manufacturing. We are going to continue to build on and excel in quality, agility and flexibility, with a focus on customer centered excellence.”
