URtech Manufacturing, a North American provider of end-to-end Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), has announced it has appointed Jim Tsaggarelis its new Vice President of Operations. Tsaggarelis has over 30 years of career experience within the electronic and power transformer industries.
Tsaggarelis’ career has evolved from being a hands-on engineer immersed in a product’s technical requirements, into a management executive with a rich background, the company said. He has a track record for driving breakthrough results and enabling customer success within the highly competitive manufacturing services industry.
Based in Ontario, Canada, Tsaggarelis’ background includes a nearly 24-year tenure at Celestica. He earned his Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
“I take pride in my successful track record of balancing outstanding leadership and technical skills while building high performing and aligned teams across multiple sites,“ stated Tsaggarelis. “Championing business transformations and process improvements in order to drive growth and delivering value to our customers is always the goal.”
URtech manufactures and integrates electronics for a diverse range of end markets, with each industry having specific quality and traceability requirements. At the core of URtech the company provides manufacturing processes and quality systems that support industry compliance with a strong foundation of high quality and repeatable manufacturing and test.
