Blakell Europlacer announces that Trend Control Systems (part of the Honeywell group) has successfully commissioned its first IINEO2T. This machine is the third Europlacer machine to be installed onsite at Trends Factory based in Horsham, West Sussex. Its fully integrated control solutions are able to meet the most complex requirements of modern buildings. Through close control and monitoring of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and other building services, Trend systems are able to minimize energy consumption and maintain consistently comfortable conditions – as well as bring other key benefits such as lower plant maintenance costs. Europlacer’s IINEO2T is widely configurable, allowing for 24 different machine possibilities, for the single head machine with linear motor gantry including a rotary turret head with 8 or 12 pickup nozzles, one board positioning mechanism, oversized board options, and feeders in front and rear, or front only. The platform features many improvements to the Europlacer machine range, such as an extremely high feeder count, largest industry board size and increased maximum component height. It features robust and flexible turret head, intelligent feeders and powerful software tools.
