Celebrating 15 years of rework system & x-ray innovation

VJ Electronix, Inc., a leader in rework systems and provider of advanced x-ray inspection and component counting systems, is pleased to announce that the company will celebrate its 15th anniversary in 2018. VJ Electronix was formed by wrapping the division of parent VJ Technologies with then newly acquired NIS (Nicolet Imaging Systems) and SRT Rework.

“We, as an industry, faced turbulent times in the late 90s and early 2000s,” explains President, Don Naugler. “The stability we have enjoyed for the last 15 years as part of the VJ Group has allowed us to grow and develop some pretty exciting technology.”

The company provides SMT rework systems and x-ray inspection solutions for a variety of electronics and industrial applications to boost productivity and maximize production uptime. Applications range from inspection and repair electronic assemblies used in high-end computing/networking to medical and aerospace, and automated component counting for greater inventory efficiencies and accuracy.

Technologies offered in their rework systems include systems used for the rework of components, as small as micro passive 03015s to thermally challenging CPU sockets and DIMM connectors. Their x-ray inspection systems provide value and flexibility, and may be easily customized for difficult applications. The new XQuik with AccuCount provides automated component counting, significantly cutting costs and improving inventory accuracy.
