Advanced QM system for global manufacturing and supply chain

The software solution provider for real-time statistical process control systems (SPC) camLine, announced it signed an agreement to supply Massachusetts-based Entegris, Inc. an advanced quality management system that allows real-time statistical characterizations of raw materials, equipment functional performance, dimensional attributes of components, and finished goods.

“We are very pleased to add Entegris as a customer,” said Stéphane Allard, Sales Manager of camLine. “Our vision is to implement quality management solutions across entire supply chains of high-tech industries, and to provide market-leading companies like Entegris with tools to meet their quality goals.” As a global manufacturer of high-purity products used in semiconductor manufacturing and other demanding industries, Entegris sought a centralized quality management system to implement real-time statistical process control and perform quality benchmarks across all globally distributed facilities. Such a system will enable managers and engineers to look at process and product performance remotely, and will facilitate the design of products in one location and the manufacturing of them in another.
“We strongly believe this new program will help Entegris to achieve higher levels of performance and to position Entegris uniquely in the market”, said Greg Marshall, Vice President of Quality, EHS and Data Management for Entegris.
