Today Kyzen announced plans to introduce the Analyst in Europe this spring at SMT Hybrid Packaging 2017. The company will have live, on-site demonstrations of their latest innovation at the show. The show is scheduled to take place May 16–18, 2017 at the Messe in Nuremberg, Germany.
The solution is a wash bath concentration monitoring and reporting system that maximizes performance of virtually all chemistries, not just a few. Ram Wissel, the company’s VP of Global Technology, stated, “We know there is a need for this product in Europe just like there is in the U.S. and Asia, so we are very excited to demonstrate what it can do at SMT Hybrid Packaging 2017.” Mr. Wissel went on to say, “The response to our USA launch last September was tremendous and the feature that is the most innovative is the integration into Industry 4.0 technology.”
This system makes concentration monitoring faster, safer and more precise while saving critical time and money. Providing real-time access to data, analytics and reporting anytime, anywhere, it makes retrieving, logging and charting SPC reports fast and user-friendly. Additionally, it provides complete monitoring of wash bath concentration.
This also features a user-Friendly 7” LCD Touchscreen Interface, Ethernet / WiFi connection, and is Industry 4.0 enabled to easily collect and exchange data.
