VJ Electronix, a leader in rework technologies and global provider of advanced X-ray inspection and component counting systems, will exhibit in Booth 3218 at the SMTA International Exposition on 3–4 November 2021 at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis. The company plans to demonstrate its XQuik III, a competitively priced, high-end x-ray counting system for electronic components with a cycle time of under 10 seconds.
“The XQuik III is the best way for electronics manufacturers to eliminate slow, time-consuming, and inaccurate manual inventory counting processes; a critical problem amidst current electronic component shortages that can potentially lead to line down situations,” the company said.
The company says the system is a fast, accurate and intelligent solution for managing SMD inventory with a cycle time of under 10 seconds for both one large reel and four small reels (including automatic barcode scanning), automatic component recognition through advanced AI algorithms with an industry-leading count accuracy of more than 99.8 percent, and push-to-start operator experience. The system’s flexible MES interface is easily configured to communicate with any inventory control system and is designed for pass-through automation.
The company also plans to give SMTAI attendees a sneak-peak of a new X-ray inspection system set to be released in the first half of 2022
