Update of the offline power supply unit with further automation

Fuji has updated its offline power supply unit released in March to support Aimex-2 and Aimex-2S machines. The offline power supply unit reduces the load on operators and adds further automation to SMT production lines. By connecting this unit to a feeder supply unit, power can be supplied even when the pallets are not loaded on a machine, enabling operation of the feeders on the pallet. This means that there is no need to transfer feeders to a separate setup stand in order to set reels. The reels can be set up directly on the feeder supply unit, saving time and effort. The unit is also equipped with a reel winding function which automatically rewinds all the feeders loaded on the feeder supply unit one by one. Operators no longer have to push the button on each individual feeder in order to rewind it, again leading to large reductions in operator workload. The unit can be used on existing feeder supply units which have had the necessary modifications and is available now as an option when purchasing new machines. Modifications to existing feeder supply units can be made on site by your local representative of the company.

Unit size:
  • L210 x W250 x H81mm (excluding small protruding parts)
  • Cables:
  • Power cable (100 to 240V) (3m) x 1
  • Control cable connecting unit and feeder supply unit (4 m) x 1
