Many processes in electronics manufacturing, such as soldering, laser processing, cutting, welding or bonding, produce various airborne contaminants, which need to be sustainably removed. Fume extraction technology from ULT AG helps to solve this problem.

For more than 25 years, the company’s air handling solutions protect employees, manufacturing plants, and products from the impact of particulates of any size, meeting health and safety obligations. At the productronica trade show, the company will exhibit its latest developments, including the new mobile device series ULT 200.1. It provides flexible extraction and filtration solutions for laser fume, soldering fume, dusts, gases or vapors. Depending on the application, there is a variety of fume extraction devices. In addition to high ruggedness and extremely low-noise operation, they all share an extensive set of accessories, such as panels for extraction arms and hoses, a foot switch or various tube elements.

Pollutant capturing is also of major concern at ULT’s show appearance. Booth visitors will receive first-hand information on the economic utilization of capturing elements. The more efficient the pollutant capturing, the higher the filtration rate and beneficial application of a fume extraction unit.
