Stencil Clean from QTEK has been specifically developed to quickly eradicate solder paste, inks, flux and other stencil print materials for industrial purposes. The product has benefited with great success in responding to the needs of leading SMT manufacturers worldwide. In response to customers needs the chemistry is suitable for use in both vacuum and conventional under-stencil cleaning mechanisms as well as in pre-saturated wipe form. The product is also compatible with reservoir and auto-feed solvent dispensing systems.
The cleaning chemistry is environmentally responsive, as it contains no ozone depleting substances, and is RoHS and WEEE compliant. With this product, one does not have to sacrifice safety for exceptional performance as the company reportedly uses only the most assured chemicals existing. Stencil Clean is an aliphatic hydrocarbon, which is non-flammable and no corrosive and thus is safe for use with stencils, frames, boards and the printer itself. In conjunction with consumers needs the cleaning chemistry has developed into a wide range of expedient products. Stencil Clean can be sourced in 500 ml, 5 litre and 25 litre containers, and also in tubs of 100 pre-saturated wipes. Stencil Clean tubs are now a more practical option for many users as they can be complimented with refill packs, resulting in less environmental waste.
