The MMX670 stimulus matrix of Reinhardt System- und Messelectronic is designed for applying external sources or signals and for measuring with external measuring devices. Applying sources and signals to different points of the device under test or of external signals such as Fieldbus systems or controlling external relays are only a few examples for the universal use of this matrix board. In the four-terminal resistance measurement of the In-circuit test these stimulus matrix channels are used as measuring channels. There are 48 stimulus channels (one-wire technique) for potentialfree stimulation and measurement in a total of 12 groups with 12 in- and outputs. The high and the low branch of the MMX670-board can be programmed individually. The two 16 Bit precision PSUs on this board have improved resolution (1 mV) and accuracy. Two 16 Bit-PSUs, 0 to +38 V, with a maximum of 500 mA, can be programmed in 1 mV-steps. Current can be programmed in 10 µA-steps from 15 to 500 mA. Current limitation can be programmed with 10 µA resolution. PSU2 can also be coded from 0 V to -38 V.
