Kurtz Ersa North America announces that the i-CON 2 industrial soldering station stands for reliability and quality in hand soldering. The two-channel 120W station offers the user two active soldering and de-soldering tools at the same time. It can be used in development, production, rework and maintenance in most THT and SMD applications. In addition to the 150W i-Tool, the chip de-soldering tool and the THT de-soldering X-tool Iron, other soldering tools oft he company can be connected. The outstanding measure and control technology of the station ensures quick heating and reheating times as well as constant temperature of the soldering tip. .

Additionally the supplier offers the i-CON Nano as part of its i-CON family of products. It is the first, ultra-compact 80W industrial soldering station in the world. It has a footprint of only 145 x 80mm (5,7 x 3,1“). The professional, ESD-safe station in Slim Line format brings the leading European soldering technology to customers in production, development, rework and maintenance. The soldering station uses the ultra-light (30g) i-tool Nano soldering iron. Approximately 40 different tips from the i-Tip series 102 are available for this universal tool. As with the other members of the family, it provides outstanding finishing quality and superior heating technology (9s heat up time only).
