Rack to support all Juki feeders
Bliss Industries, provider of handling carts and racks for electronics assembly, now provides a rack to support all Juki feeders. With Juki being the leading pick-and-place machine company in the world, it was only natural for Bliss Industries to announce the release of several new models of feeder racks to support Juki’s 700 NF & FF, 2000 CTF feeders. Bliss’ engineering team designed a rack to support all types of Juki feeders in one rack.

Bliss offers a setup rack, along with 22, 36 and 60“ racks. All of these racks fit Bliss’ standard open style carts, along with two other feeder racks. Bliss now supports all the Juki and previous Zevatech feeders. “Bliss has designed these racks to specifically interface and protect your Juki feeders. Now you can choose from a variety of cart sizes and dimensions to support any variety of your Juki feeders, for either storage or set-up,” said Ken Bliss CEO VP Engineering.
Bliss Industries offers a wide variety of ESD-safe products for industries specializing in lean electronics manufacturing. Specializing in Box Build, Bliss carts and racks safely store Chassis, fragile PC boards, SMT feeders, fixtures, tooling and inventory. They protect them from damage and factory abuse with a heavy-duty steel frame. For more than 25 years, Bliss has been a leader in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) cart-based manufacturing systems, increasing uptime and throughput. Bliss provides expert process engineering support as well as custom cart engineering.
“I have worked with Bliss Industries over the past 8 years. We have purchased standard products that include inventory racks, feeder carts, screen carts, and feeder set-up carts. In addition Bliss Industries, has been very helpful on several custom projects. Utilizing their design and engineering expertise, we developed two unique carts for process cure pallets, and shipping trays that have significantly improved our process”, says Thomas A. Rotunno, plant manager at Texas Instruments.
