Customer requests for ready-to-use, modular dosing systems is met by HNP Mikrosysteme GmbH with their dosing system MoDoS optimized for use in production of innovative electronics and handling of organometallic precursors. This novel closed loop control dosing system integrates filter, micro annular gear pump and flow meter. The additional implementation of pressure sensors and temperature sensors is optional. The modular three dimensional configuration does allow a broad range in combining single components and optimal adaptation of the system for the current dosing application. The open design with its option for variable orientation in construction space allows the integration of additional components like static or dynamic mixers. The fluidic connections are optimized for minimal dead volume and easy cleaning. HNP Mikrosysteme developed an aseptic fluid connection µ-Clamp for easy handling and highly reduced dead volume. The robust frame can be integrated into already existing plants by choosing appropriate profiles and adjusting grid dimensions.
