Vötsch‘s vacuum drying ovens allow to dry products from almost any branch of industry, e.g. boards, printed circuit boards, electronic components, plastics, ceramics, optical lenses and many more. The principle of vacuum drying has essential advantages in comparison with common drying procedures: The drying process runs faster and in addition it protects substances that are sensitive to heat. Due to the low volume of remaining oxygen in the drying oven oxidation processes do not occur. Another advantage is a very low residual moisture. Apart from that, the kind of heating can be selected: electrically, heat transfer media or infrared-radiation. The drying ovens meet GMP and are designed to allow a 100% cleaning of the drying oven, without any substances being left, and thus preventing undesirable reactions during the drying process. Control is effected by a new digital microprocessor-controlled measuring and control system. When using electrical heating the software can be applied, which controls, monitors and documents the drying processes by PC.
